They are home. I think they look tired, hungry and annoyed because I wanted to take pictures. They wanted to unload and get into the warm house. I hugged them then rushed inside to post this picture. I conveniently forgot to help them unload.
Life is about to change.
It is good to have a save home port, where you can

They have dropped so many anchors my basement is now full.
DeleteSo, the boys are back! Awesome! Now you can cook and cook and cook, and it won't just sit in the fridge! Because, I've still been wondering how you are EVER going to eat all that you grew this year--your garden was so amazing:).
ReplyDeleteHave a great start to the new year!
They arrived starved and now I am glad I did have such a large garden. I have started cooking but I can't seem to get the refrigerator full. Perhaps there is a hole in the back.
DeleteIt is nice to have a full house. No snow yet?
ReplyDeleteNo snow yet. It has been cold, down in the twenties but the weather report says it is about to get worse. Bill has all of them outside chopping firewood right now. Hopefully they won't work up enormous appetites.
DeleteHaha.....I remember how empty the house felt when our daughter went to collage and how quickly she filled it to overflowing when she came home!
ReplyDeleteI posted some more about soap-making. If you're still interested and want to talk more my email is sally.pearl@yahoo.com
The house seems so full now. They brought all my silverware, plastic bowls, pots and pans back so my cabinets hardly close. Plus, they filled up my refrigerator with their leftovers. I have three of everything mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickles... I do like having them around for a while.
DeleteI will be checking your blog out this evening after I get them fed and watered.
