A Shocking Situation, Annual Inspection, 2018

Last year on Monday, February 6, 2017, I shared an explosive news scoop, a one-of-a-kind, original in-depth undercover investigative exclusive report about a shocking situation.  This past week we once again visited Nashville, Tennessee and performed a drive-by stake-out.  The powerlines are still going between the branches of the tree.  One year, one month, thirteen days later and nothing has been done by the local government to fix this dangerous problem even after I broadcast it to the world.

Why has the Mayor not fixed this problem? What else could she possibly be doing that is more important?  Oh wait, she just resigned and is under house arrest for stealing money.

Nevermind.

  1. Yes, the situation is shocking, but I do not think this problem will be noticed by any Mayor, be he (or she) a good one or not so good. It should land on the desk of the authority that is responsible for public street-lighting in the city. And how about writing a letter to the editor of the local newspaper and send him a picture? He could publish it.
As to this lady who is(or was) Mayor in Nashville, - oh, oh. I read it.

  2. Christel, you have very good ideas. However, I live far, far away and would not even know where to find a person who would handle this in a city of two million. I am happy just complaining and not doing anything. Nashville needs someone like you who is concerned, would take the lead and solve their problems. They need someone with your strong leadership skills...you should run for mayor! You would be great. I would vote for you (if you change your citizenship of course). Do run!

  3. Oh yeah, that is going to take out power for a neighborhood or two when that tree blows over. I'm sure the mayor would love for that to be a news story and take any spotlight off her.
